Cancellation and Refund Policy

To help us provide an organized and high-quality learning experience, we kindly ask that classes be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as the time is reserved especially for you.
The scheduled time applies only to the specific days and hours paid for, and your spot is secured exclusively for you.
For this reason, frequent last-minute changes or same-day rescheduling requests cannot be accommodated.
